A:

Click on 'place ad ($10/year)'. New users click on the 'Register' button, enter the required information, click on the 'Register' button at the bottom of the page to save your information and then follow instructions below for existing users. Existing users select Login Name,Email Address, or Phone Number from the drop down menu and then type in the information that goes with your menu selection. Enter your password and then click on the 'Login' button. Fill out the form with your horse ad information and when finished click on 'submit ad'.

When I make a payment for an ad is it secure with PayLive and PayPal?

A:

A. All payments made to PayLive or PayPal are encrypted on a ssl secure server with PayLive and PayPal you will be directed to their servers to complete the secure payment. Once completed click on return to Brokehorses.com. Your transaction is then complete.

Do I have to be honest about my Ad information?

A:

YES! We believe honesty is still the best policy. We hope you feel the same. Ads are to be factual and contain true, honest information. However, even though we would like to believe everyone is honest and factual, the buyer still needs to ask questions. Remember, their are no wrong questions except those not asked. If in doubt on a horses true condition, hire a vet in the area to check it out for you. A few dollars spent up front may save thousands after words. Remember, mistakes do occur when placing an ad. To assume a person is dishonest because they have an error is wrong. But always be smart and check it out. Ask questions.

What is a featured ad? New - $10.00

A:

You get the same Ad as with a 10.00 Ad, plus A featured ad is placed on the main , is viewed on every page of the site. The ad rotates with other featured ads in such a way that every time a page is refreshed, loaded, clicked or opened the ad rotates. That means, your ad will be seen often and by everyone, everywhere!! The ad remains a feature ad for 60 days, or until the horse is sold. This is a main page, in your face ad, and its highly visible. Featured ads cost $10.00 and last 60 days. Why featured ads? It sells your horse fast and first! It works! Buyers see the ad when browsing, when editing, when placing ads. Pay live is a service that accepts credit cards on their secure ssl server through the USA #1 Bank, "Bank of America" We do not process payments on our site we use Pay Pal, and Pay live, they process payments on their SSL secure servers. Pay Live does not retain your information or share it with anyone. Broke horses is not affiliated with Pay live, it is strictly used as a service to our customers.

How much does it cost to place my horse ad?

Ads are 10.00 a year including a full photo. You can upload additional photos, you can also choose a featured ad. Featured ads are shown on every page of the site. Regardless where you are your ad will be seen. The ads rotate with other featured ads. At the rate of 9000 plus hits per day your ad will be seen by thousands of people!! How do I place a trailer ad and how much does it cost?

To place a trailer ad you must first register and re-log in with your new name and password.(Existing users have access after login.) All ads are $10.00 per year- after you place an ad you will be directed to a secure SSL server for payment with PayLive or PayPal.

How much does a trainer ad cost?

A Trainer ad is $10.00. Trainer ads last for a full year.

Does Brokehorses get a cut or percentage of the sale of my horse?

A:

All transactions are between sellers and buyers. Brokehorses is not involved in the sale nor do we get a percentage or any fees on any horses that are sold.

Are there any hidden fees?

A:

No, the ads are 10.00 a year, featured Ads are 25.00 a year. Extra photos are 10.00 a year. There are no extra fees.

Can I replace photos?

A:

To exchange a photo is 10.00 per photo including the main photo.

I paid for a year?? How come I can

A:

Each Ad is 10.00 Per horse , If your horse sells the Ad is completed. You can mark the horse sold and leave your Ad on the site for a year as it will show up under your Ranch Page as horses sold or you can delete it.

Can I change out my ad with another horse since I paid for a year??

A:

No, each Ad is per horse. If you have another horse to sell the cost is 10.00 per Ad.

Q14:

10.00 is less than a wormer how do you make money at this? where is the catch ?

A:

There is no catch, we feel the need for trained riding horses for all ages. Looking for a good trained horse takes time and effort, that decision can be detrimental to any rider either good or bad. The questions asked each seller pertain to a trained broke riding horse. We feel this will aid the seller and buyer in making a better safer decision on each and every horse. Riding a horse should be a fun safe experience for anyone. Although with any horse you can never know what it may do in any given situation but you can eliminate some risks for danger just by looking at the Ads, talking with the owners, having a qualified trainer test the horse and so on. There has to be a starting point and we hope we are that starting point in bringing buyers and sellers together for the love of the riding horse.
